Return Policy

Please check package carefully prior to signing for acceptance. You may refuse delivery of the package by requesting to inspect the goods and notifying the driver of the damage (if any) prior to signing for the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will replace it for you. If you refuse delivery, please notify us within 7 days so that we can expect the return.

Any faults or damages must be reported within 7 days from delivery date. All returns must be authorised by us prior to their return. Such returns must be received by us in its original condition and packaging within 14 business days from this date. We will not accept return of products that have been improperly assembled or modified. Buyer is responsible for the return of the item and all associated shipping costs.

If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will refund you within 14 days of delivery for unopened products, not damaged or altered in any way. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
